After 17 seasons in the big leagues the Twins still can't figure out Andy Pettitte. The Yankees' left-hander threw six shutout innings to lead New York to a 6-3 win at Target Field Monday night. The Bronx Bombers hit four home runs in the game.

Josh Willingham led the Twins with three RBI but it wasn't enough as the bullpen gave up three runs in the seventh inning and the Indians went on to win, 7-6 at Target Field Friday night. Liam Hendriks remains winless in his big league career. He allowed four runs in just five innings and didn't factor in the decision.

The Minnesota Twins have a chance to complete a four-game sweep against the Boston Red Sox for the first time in 21 years Sunday afternoon. Joe Mauer's three-run homer in the ninth inning helped the the Twins secure a thrilling 6-4 victory Saturday night. Minnesota will send Nick Blackburn to the hill for the series finale.
