St. John's field to be named after John Gagliardi
A new multipurpose athletic field at St. John's University will be named after John Gagliardi, college football's all-time wins leader. Gagliardi coached Johnnies football for 60 years, racking up 489 victores. The Johnnies won the NAIA Championship in 1963 and 1965, and the NCAA Division III Championship in 1976 and 2003.

MSU coaches prep for new shot clock rules
College basketball made some rule changes recently – and the coaches at Minnesota State University Mankato are already contemplating new straegies. On the men's side, Matt Margenthaler said the 30-second shot clock means he'll be working with the team on more in-game situations. And women's head coach Emilee Thiesse says it's "kind of fun" to think about how the game may be different.
