With the first pick in the NFL Draft, the Tennessee Titans select ...

Forget that, the Titans have traded the No. 1 overall pick in this year's Draft to the Los Angeles Rams for a boatload of picks. The Titans receive pick numbers:

  • 15 (first round this year)
  • 43 (second round this year)
  • 45 (second round this year)
  • 76 (third round this year)
  • Rams' first-round pick in 2017
  • Rams' third-round pick in 2017

The monumental trade could mean North Dakota State's Carson Wentz will be the No. 1 overall pick. The Rams' No. 1 draft need is quarterback, according to NFL.com, and Sam Farmer of the L.A. Times is already reporting that Wentz is the "presumed target."

Three months ago Wentz won his fifth straight national championship at NDSU (second title as the starting quarterback), and within two weeks he could be living in Hollywood.

The reaction about Wentz has been mixed considering the Rams gave up so much to get the top pick.
