Twins starting pitcher Sam Deduno was pounded by Detroit hitters early Saturday as the Tigers rolled on to an 8-0 win over the Twins at Comerica Park. The Tigers' Miguel Cabrera hit his 42nd home run in the win, which keeps him in contention for the American League Triple Crown.
