The Twins are still on a roll, cruising to a 7-4 win over the Indians Saturday in Cleveland. That's four wins in a row, and nine wins in the last 10 games.

Torii Hunter hit a solo home run to start the game in the first inning. He's gone 7-for-9 at the plate this series, according to MLB.com.

Brian Dozier also had a home run in the sixth, and Eduardo Escobar led the team with 2 RBIs. Eddie Rosario and Kennys Vargas also each added an RBI.

Starting pitcher Phil Hughes lasted until the seventh inning, giving up all four Cleveland runs on 10 hits.

After a 1-6 start to the season, Minnesota has won 17 of its last 24. The Pioneer Press reports the only other team in the league to win more games in that stretch is the St. Louis Cardinals.

The Twins are now 18-13 overall, and in third place in the AL Central Division. They wrap up the series against the Indians Sunday. Game starts at 12:10 p.m.
