Is it too late to vote Andrew Albers into the All-Star game?

This guy can flat out pitch. The rookie left-hander from Canada tossed a complete game shutout to lead the Twins to a 3-0 win over the Cleveland Indians Monday night at Target Field.

That's fresh off his last start -- 8 1/3 innings of shutout ball.

How good is Albers? He's so good he can't lower his ERA. 0.00 is as low as it goes.

Albers gave up just two hits to go along with no walks and two strikeouts.

Albers has allowed a total of five hits in his first 17 1/3 innings at the big league level.

Minnesota managed just four hits, but two of them were home runs.

Brian Dozier hit a lead-off shot for the second time in a week, and Trevor Plouffe launched a two-run homer in the second.

The only thing perhaps crazier than Albers' start to his career, is that over the Twins' last five games, all 22 of their runs have come via the home run.
