The Americans faced their toughest opponent on Saturday, but held off Lithuania 99-94.

Timberwolves power forward Kevin Love had seven points and eight rebounds in Saturday's victory. Shortly after the game, Love sent out a tweet apologizing for his free-throw shooting.
