Video: More of the Miguel Sano adventures in the outfield

To say things haven't gone as planned for the Minnesota Twins in the outfield this season would be an understatement.

Byron Buxton was called up early when Danny Santana spent an early stint on the disabled list. Buxton was sent down when it was apparent that he still wasn't quite ready to face Major League pitching.

Eddie Rosario, last year's surprise rookie, was also sent down after he continued to strike out too often.

Then there's the Miguel Sano in the outfield experiment, which continues. While there has been some good, there's been some bad, and yes some ugly as well. The ugly reared it's head again on Monday night against the Royals.

The misplay resulted in a triple for Royals catcher Salvador Perez, who's not normally known for his speed. Perez was 5-for-5 with three runs scored and an RBI as the Royals beat the Twins 10-4 at Target Field.

Kansas City has now won all four meetings between the teams this season.
