Jaylen Brown was helped to the locker room after a monster dunk and a nasty fall late in the third quarter of tonight's Wolves-Celtics game at Target Center.

Brown, going full speed in transition, threw down a huge two-handed dunk before his momentum swung his legs out ahead of him and causing him to drop from the rim onto his upper back and neck.

Brown's eyes immediately looked glazed and his body froze, but after a minute or two surrounding by trainers, coaches and teammates he was able to walk to the locker room with the assistance of team staff.

We'll update the story once we learn more.
