Video: Twins mascot makes jaw-dropping catch in stands

Author:

There weren't many bright spots in the Twins 11-3 spring training loss to the Tampa Bay Rays on Tuesday. Vance Worley was roughed up, giving up 13 hits and seven runs and the game was over early.

The biggest Twins highlight might have happened in the stands behind the third base dugout. Twins mascot TC Bear made a jaw-dropping catch (literally) while in the stands at Lee County Stadium.

Maybe the Twins could have used him on the field, imagine what he could do with a glove.

He's not just a fielder though, the Twins mascot has also been known to hit for power during home run derby competitions before Twins games at Target Field.

Maybe there is hope for the Twins to avoid a fourth straight 90 loss season.
