The Minnesota Twins finalized a one year deal with Joel Zumaya Wednesday. The deal is worth $850,000, including $900 thousand in performance-based bonuses. The flame-throwing reliever hasn't pitched since snapping a bone in his right elbow after throwing a pitch against the Twins in 2010.
