Contracts in the NFL aren't guaranteed and that's too bad for Brandon Fusco because he still had three years and more than $14 million remaining on his contract with the Vikings.

Fusco, along with fellow offensive lineman Mike Harris, were released Friday.

As USA Today notes, left guard Alex Boone and center Joe Berger are the only starters from 2016 under contract.
