It wouldn't be a Raiders game without some fan violence. And there was plenty of it during Thursday's Raiders-Chiefs game in Kansas City.

The melee sent fans tumbling down the stands before eventually being put to a halt by police.

Fan violence at NFL games has been on the rise since 2011, according to a study by the Washington Post. And Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City is no stranger to the abuse. In 2013 a fan was beaten to death a parking lot outside the stadium, according to The Post.

And Oakland is no different. A fan wearing a Jets jersey was punched by a Raiders fan a year ago and he suffers from seizures to this day, The Post says.
