Kennys Vargas putting a beating on a baseball tonight at Target Field that might not be matched again.

In the bottom of the third inning, the 275-pound Vargas walloped a pitch from Chicago's Derek Holland into the second deck in left-center field.

The Twins say the blast traveled an estimated 475-feet while advanced stats suggest it landed 483-feet from home plate. Either way, it's the third longest home run in Major League Baseball this season, according to ESPN Hit Tracker.

Aaron Judge's 496-foot shot and Chad Pinder's 483-foot blast are the only homers longer/as long as Vargas'.
