Lindsay Whalen, who joined GoMN's One Hunnit Podcast on Monday, played the hero role Tuesday night with the game-winning baseline jumper with less than a minute to go in Minnesota's 76-75 win over the New York Liberty. 

Whalen's shot proved to be the winner as the Lynx improved to 17-2 on the season. It's the best start in team history. 

Maya Moore scored a season-high 27 points in her first game after being named MVP of the WNBA All-Star Game last weekend.
