You couldn't ask for a better start from the Wild on Thursday night.

Minnesota native Matt Cullen, who was celebrating his 41st birthday and playing in his 1500th NHL game, netted the game's first goal against Montreal's goaltender Carey Price.

And just 10 seconds later, Matt Dumba was credited with the second goal, as Minnesota lit the lamp again and took a 2-0 lead.

The scoring didn't stop there either, as Minnesota scored another goal in the first period as Tyler Ennis made it a 3-0 game.
