White Sox beat Angels, Twins are going to the playoffs for the first time since 2010

Nick Delmonico's walk-off 2-run homer in the 10th put the Twins in the playoffs.

The Twins' clubhouse went crazy went Nick Delmonico launched a two-run homer in the bottom of the 10th inning to walk off the Angels in Chicago, thus clinching a playoff berth for the Twins.

The moment they clinched was chilling.

The last time the Twins went to the playoffs was in 2010 when they won the AL Central division.

They're the first team to make the playoffs the year after losing 100+ games. The Twins lost 103 games last season.

Minnesota will play Tuesday in the American League Wild Card against Boston or New York. If they win, they advance to the ALDS to play the Indians or Astros.
