Wild coach Mike Yeo says center Matt Cullen won't make the road trip to San Jose due to a lower body injury suffered in Mondays 4-1 loss to St. Louis at Xcel Energy Center.

Cullen, 36, is red hot. Before Monday's contest, he had 19 points in 19 games, helping the Wild climb the Northwest Division standings.

With Cullen down the Wild recalled center Johan Larsson from the Houston Aeros.

The Wild face San Jose Wednesday, followed by games in Los Angeles Thursday and Columbus on Sunday.
