Vikings defensive back Antoine Winfield is scheduled to meet with the Redskins on Wednesday, but that might not happen.

Mike Jones of the Washington Post reports that Winfield could sign with another team before he visits D.C. The report doesn't mention other teams interested in Winfield, but the Vikings are thought to still be in contact with him.

Pro Football Talk speculates that Winfield's camp could be creating a bidding war between teams.

Meanwhile, the Vikings re-signed linebacker Marvin Mitchell, according to the Pioneer Press. He'll likely serve a role player again in 2013.

The Vikings still don't have a starting middle linebacker. SB Nation takes a look at middle linebackers that Minnesota could end up selecting in next month's NFL Draft.
