Antoine Winfield returned to the practice field Wednesday for the first time since injuring his neck October 2nd in Kansas City. He was limited in practice but said he'll know more after he practices in full pads Thursday.

Winfield, Sullivan, Kluwe miss practice

The Vikings are healthy for the most part but they might be without cornerback Antoine Winfield for a second week in a row. Winfield didn't practice Wednesday. Leslie Frazier says Winfield still has some stiffness in his neck stemming from a tackle he made in a loss to the Chiefs.

Harvin & Winfield miss practice

Percy Harvin missed practice Thursday because of a rib injury. Head coach Leslie Frazier says Harvin is dealing with sore ribs but expects him to play Sunday in Chicago. Antoine Winfield's stiff neck kept him out of practice too. His status for Sunday is in doubt.

Frazier confirms Winfield out for season

After missing four games with a neck strain, Vikings cornerback Antoine Winfield is out for the rest of the season. Coach Leslie Frazier says Winfield suffered a fractured clavicle in the second half of Monday night’s blowout loss to the Packers. Winfield is scheduled to have surgery tomorrow.

Winfield hasn't been ruled out yet

Antoine Winfield was held out of practice again on Thursday but an MRI of his neck showed no structural damage. Head coach Leslie Frazier says he will see how Winfield feels Friday, but as of now he hasn't been ruled out of Sunday's game against Arizona.

Vikings cornerback Antoine Winfield says he's "good to go" for Monday Night Football against the Green Bay Packers. A strained neck has kept Winfield out of the last four games. As for facing Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers, Winfield says they have a "tough challenge ahead."
