The Minnesota Lynx completed a sweep of the Storm in the Western Conference Quarterfinals with a 58-55 win in Seattle on Sunday.

The game was in question until Seimone Augustus buried a 15-foot jump shot with 21.1 seconds remaining to give the Lynx the lead for good.

"She's amazing," Maya Moore said of Augustus to ESPN. "We always have confidence in Seimone. She kind of took over in that last moment of being isolated on the wing and made a move and rose up and it went in and I did a silent fist pump. Then we thought we just need to get a stop."

Moore led the Lynx with 22 points and seven rebounds. Rebekkah Brunson was dominate in the post with 15 points and 13 rebounds.

Minnesota advances to the Western Conference Finals where they'll host a best-of-three series against the winner of Monday's series-deciding game between Phoenix and Los Angeles.
