Maya Moore had a big night on Tuesday. Not only did she lead the Lynx with 30 points in a 83-72 home win over the Los Angeles Sparks, but she was also named a Western Conference All-Star starter.

The league announced starters for both conferences on Tuesday. Moore was the WNBA's leading vote-getter. She received 28,389 votes.

"It's great to be honored and appreciated by so many people across the world and to want to continue to have my game match that appreciation and play well," Moore said, according to the Pioneer Press.

According to a press release from the Lynx, this is the third time Moore has been voted an All-Star starter.

Moore's 30 points in the Tuesday win over Los Angeles increased her WNBA-leading scoring average to 23.2 points per game. She started the game slowly before scoring 14 of her 30 points in the fourth quarter.

“I just keep playing,” Moore said after the game. “And as long as I'm getting quality shots I don't worry about them going in. I know it's just a matter of time if I continue to take smart shots.”

All-Star reserves will be announced next Tuesday.
