Wolves rally for road win to beat Suns

The Minnesota Timberwolves moved within one game of .500 with a big road win in Phoenix on Tuesday night. The Wolves beat the Suns 110-101.

Trailing by six heading into the fourth quarter 81-75, the Wolves rallied to outscore the Suns 35-20 in the fourth quarter to go on for the victory.

The Wolves earned the road win playing without Nikola Pekovic and Kevin Martin, both missed the game due to injuries.

Kevin Love just missed his second career triple-double. He finished with 31 points, 13 rebounds and nine assists in the victory for the Wolves. Shabazz Muhammed stepped up to fill a big role, the rookie scored 20 points and grabbed six rebounds, off the bench.

Corey Brewer added 18 points, Dante Cunningham added 12 and Chase Budinger finished with 10.

The Timberwolves play at Sacramento and Denver to close out the road trip. They could have Pekovic back for their game on Saturday at Sacramento.
