Woods paired with World No. 1 and 3 golfers for PGA return
Tiger Woods will tee off Thursday at Torrey Pines for his first PGA Tour event in 17 months. The guys he's paired with will put extra pressure on him to perform.
The Farmer's Insurance Open announced groups today, and Woods will be joined with World No. 1 Jason Day and World No. 3 Dustin Johnson.
On Monday, Woods said as long as his back is healthy, which it is right now, he can win tournaments.
"I know I can shoot scores, but I need to have my health at a state where I can prepare," he said, via Golf.com. "If I have that I know I can shoot scores and win golf tournaments."
