You can stop worrying: Bridgewater is throwing again at practice

Publish date:

Calm your nerves, Vikings fans, Teddy Bridgewater's right arm appears to be just fine.

The Vikings starting quarterback returned to practice Tuesday and he was throwing the ball in front of reporters for the first time since before the Vikings played the Seahawks last week.

Bridgewater, to everyone's surprise, didn't play against Seattle and he didn't throw in practice on Saturday or Sunday. ESPN reported over the weekend that Bridgewater was suffering from shoulder soreness.

All along, head coach Mike Zimmer, and Bridgewater, said there was nothing to be concerned about.

We'll see if Bridgewater plays Sunday in the U.S. Bank Stadium preseason opener Sunday against San Diego. Based on how Zimmer has answered questions this season, we might not know for sure until the game starts.
