You can't be serious: WNBA Finals bumped from Philips Arena for 'Disney On Ice'

Not a typo, we promise you that.

The WNBA Finals open this coming Sunday, with your Minnesota Lynx hosting the Atlanta Dream in games one and two of the best-of-five series.

Games three and four will not be at Atlanta's home stadium of Philips Arena, which is smack dab in the middle of Georgia's capitol.

Instead, Atlanta will bring their championship Dream (sorry) 35 minutes northeast of Philips Arena, to The Arena at Gwinnett Center, which sits just outside of Duluth, GA.

The reason for the move? "Disney On Ice: Let's Celebrate!" is in town.

Again, not a typo.

Rest assured, The Arena at Gwinnett Center is bigger than it sounds, seating 13,000. It's usually home to the Gwinnett Gladiators, a minor league pro hockey team in the ECHL. Their mascot is Maximus The Lion.

The Lynx have no such arena issues, instead, they'll be deeply immersed in Grand Theft Auto V on their two off days, a role playing video game that just came out a few weeks ago.

It's a team party.

The storylines leading up to this championship series are almost too absurd to be taken seriously, but also too awesome not to pay very close attention to.
