A Jersey Report from Dick's Sporting Goods revealed a bit of a surprise on Monday, with results showing someone not named Adrian Peterson or Teddy Bridgewater was the most popular jersey in Minnesota in 2014.
Have a guess?
If you guessed Greg Jennings (now with the Dolphins), Matt Cassel, Christian Ponder (no chance), Harrison Smith, Xavier Rhodes, Everson Griffen, Brian Robison, Chad Greenway or even someone like Blair Walsh, you're wrong.
The winner was wide receiver Cordarrelle Patterson. But the shocking part about Patterson being a more popular sale is that he also had more of his jerseys sold in Nebraska than any other player.
Patterson was one of the league's most exciting players as a rookie in 2013, but his production dropped off considerably in 2014.
Dick's has some other fascinating jersey sales stats, too. For example, Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers has been breaking Minnesota hearts for years now, but he's apparently stealing the hearts of Minnesota women because his jersey was the top-seller among women in the Land of 10,000 Lakes between May and October of last year.
