For the second year in a row a member of the Minnesota Timberwolves has won the MVP Award of the NBA Rising Stars Challenge game Friday night to kickoff NBA-All Star weekend in Toronto.
All three Wolves in the game had a solid showing Friday night.
Andrew Wiggins, who was the game's MVP last season, gave his hometown a nice show. He finished with 29 points, including a bunch of impressive dunks.
When he wasn't scoring and dunking he was setting his teammates up for dunks of their own. Wiggins also had five assists on the night
Karl-Anthony Towns didn't have as big of a night offensively as the other two, but he also contributed finishing with 18 points and seven boards to show off his ability as well.
None of the trio will play in Sunday's All-Star game. LaVine will try to defend his NBA Slam Dunk Championship from last year, and Towns will compete in the NBA Skills Competition.
