The new facility will allow the Stillwater-based brewery to produce more beer while staying under the growler cap in Minnesota.
The bill would remove the cap that prohibits five breweries from selling growlers and beer to go.

It comes after a popular brewery was forced to stop growler sales due to its size.
Just in time for the winter brews!
It's keep the growlers, or keep growing.
