Deputies also seized meth, a stolen gun, and thousands in cash.
One of the kids, an 18-month-old boys, had to be treated for meth withdrawal.
Their arrests were the result of joint working between Minnesota and Arizona authorities.
The seizure was made on Tuesday in North Minneapolis.
